We handle the whole job, from the perc test and soil profile through the tank, distribution box, and drainfield, and we build the harder designs (mound systems and aerobic treatment units) when the ground demands them.

Upstate soil is the reason we exist as a specialist rather than a general dirt-mover. The red Piedmont clay under Reidville Road and out toward Roebuck drains slowly, and a lot with a shallow seasonal water table will fail a lazy design within a year. We read the soil first, size the drainfield from the real percolation rate, and lay out every system to hold the code setbacks: four feet of separation to the water table, 50 feet from a private well, 100 feet to the drainfield.
